TRACTOR DEALERSHIP SERVICE ADVISOR

KIOTI Tractor Dealership in Langley seeking a reliable person with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills to be the liaison between customer and mechanics. A Service Advisor acts as the crucial liaison between customers and automotive technicians, managing the repair process from intake to vehicle pickup. They are responsible for greeting clients, diagnosing service needs, writing repair orders, providing cost estimates, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE:

Greet customers in person and by phone, and collect pertinent information about the equipment and listening to the concerns to be addressed.

Create Work Orders and book jobs into the shop schedule

Arrange for equipment pick up and delivery

Communicate customer needs to the technicians and explain the technicians’ findings to the customer in simple terms.

Provide accurate parts and repair estimates, and upsell additional services.

Look up and order parts and support the parts department as needed

Maintain accurate billing records and collecting payments
REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Computer and Excel skills
-
Strong Technical understanding of Tractor and Lawn & Garden terminology and maintenance and repair processes.

Ability to handle multiple customers and manage a busy service schedule in an organized fashion.

Professional, friendly, and capable of handling customer interactions effectively.
Permanent Full Time Position
Shift is Monday to Friday, 8 – 4
Wage 23-28 per hour
